Neo is an MPH candidate with a BA Honours degree from the University of Free State. Neo’s 25-year career has been in various fields, from health systems research to early childhood development, farm worker rights, children’s health and development, women’s sexual and reproductive health research, social and behaviour change communication, fundraising, HIV and AIDS prevention and youth empowerment. She is passionate about driving development in areas such as youth, women, poverty alleviation, skills development, and combating HIV and AIDS. She joined HIVSA in 2013 and is currently a Director of Health Systems Strengthening programmes at HIVSA, overseeing programmes such as Choma Online Magazine.
